1. During the rental period the bicycle belongs to the client. The client is fully responsible for the proper use, safety and storage of the bicycle. In case when the bicycle It's parts or equipment are stolen or damaged the client is obliged to cover the full cost.

2.The bicycle can be rented by adults only and any damage of foreign property mobile or immobile must be paid by the client.

3. The client must follow the rules of public safety, road safety and general rules and regulations of driving. The company is not responsible for any physical damages of a client.

4. The company suggests and provides a client with a helmet along with the bicycle. The client is fully responsible for his own safety as well as for the safety of any other person he accompanies.

5. The client has to return the bicycle the exact date and time written in the contract. Otherwise there will be extra charges.

6. The client must accept the contract terms before rental.
